To request a refund for a lift ticket, please visit the resort ticket window no later than the last day of your ticket or contact customer service at (970)-754-0005 by no later than 5 PM MT/PST on the last day of your ticket.
For season pass refunds, please visit the refund request page or call 1-877-895-1297. When submitting your request by phone, you must provide your name, the type of Pass you purchased, your Pass identification number, along with a description of the Qualifying Personal Event and reasonable proof to verify the occurrence of the Qualifying Personal Event. Refunds requests for Qualifying Personal Events must be submitted within 30 days of the event arising. Please see Epic Coverage Terms and Conditions for full details.
Please note, guests who submit a Personal Event Refund request will no longer be able to use their Pass to access any resorts or receive any other ancillary Pass benefits.
