Q: I have purchased Pass Insurance for past seasons. Do I need to purchase insurance this year in addition to Epic Coverage?
A: No, you will not need Pass Insurance for the upcoming season. Instead, Epic Coverage will be included with your pass purchase at no charge. Epic Coverage is included for pass holders and provides protection across a range of qualifying personal events and qualifying resort closures as described in the Epic Coverage Terms and Conditions.
Q: What is Epic Coverage?
A: Epic Coverage is included for all Pass Holders and provides protection across a range of qualifying personal events and qualifying resort closures and has been updated for this season. An overview of Epic Coverage and to view the Terms & Conditions, click here.
Q: Can I opt out of Auto Renew?
A: If you no longer wish to be enrolled in our Auto Renew program, you can call one of our pass experts at 970-754-0005 or email seasonpass@vailresorts.com.
Q: Will Vail Resorts require reservations to ski and ride in the 2021/22 season?
A: We designed the reservation system to help us safely manage on-mountain capacity during the pandemic. And while we do not know exactly how COVID-19 will impact our industry moving forward, we do not plan to have a reservation system next season.
Q: Will I receive my pass card in the mail?
A: If you are new Pass Holder or purchased a different pass from last season, you will receive your pass card in the mail.
If you are a renewing Pass Holder, continue using your current pass card next season as you will not receive a new card in the mail. If you lose your pass, please go to your local lift ticket window or contact your Season Pass Expert at (970) 754-0005.
