Mobile Pass: You have the option to use Mobile Pass through the My Epic App rather than a season pass hard card. This allows you to go straight to the lift using your phone as your pass. Please download the My Epic App for step by step instructions to use your Mobile Pass.
Physical card: Please go to either of our ticket window locations, present a photo ID, and you’ll be able to pick up your pass. Whenever possible, stop by the ticket window the day before you go skiing to avoid morning delays. The River Run Ticket office is located directly adjacent to the River Run Gondola and the Mountain House Ticket Office is located at East side of Mountain House next to the bus stop by the Peru Lift. If time permits, please call the Epic Pass Service Center at 970-754-0005 or contact a pass agent via Live Chat at EpicPass.com to have a new pass mailed.
